Agenda Format and Email Template

Effective immediately, an agenda is required for every client call scheduled outside of payroll run, training, and kickoff calls.

 

How we’ll work with the agenda template

  • We will complete the majority of the agenda (meeting details, account snapshot/status, open items, proposed next steps).
  • The only section the client must complete is the Agenda Items table (their issues/topics and desired outcomes).
  • The agenda must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled call; if not received, we may reschedule to allow proper preparation.

What to do on every applicable call

  1. Send the client the email template below (copy/paste) at least 48 hours in advance and attach the agenda form.
  2. Pre-fill all internal sections; leave only the Agenda Items section for the client.
  3. After the call, send a recap with decisions and action items.

Following these practices will ensure that every meeting moving forward is productive, efficient, and smooth for you and the client.
