General Ledger (GL) Request Template

The link below contains an Excel document that should be provided to clients requesting a General Ledger (GL) setup. To complete the setup, we will need the client’s chart of accounts and a sample payroll journal for a payroll we have data for.

If the client is unable to provide a complete sample, the attached template may be used. The representative sending the template is responsible for completing the section related to earnings, deductions, and memo names. The client will then need to complete the remaining fields before returning the document.
