Tickets

Where to access

  1. Navigate to CRM in the menu
  2. Navigate to tickets
  3. Select the bookmark picture next to word tickets to bookmark this item.
  4. Select the applicable pipeline
  5. This displays a list of tickets. Tickets can be listed as a list or board. The images below show the 2 different ways. The red circle shows where to change the view.

Notes

  1. After selecting the ticket, select the Notes tab.
  2. Select Create Note
  3. Enter the details in your note.
    1. If the notes need to be read by someone, type @ and enter the person’s name. A list will appear once you start typing the name.
  4. Select create note.

 

 

 

Tasks

Adding a task to a ticket

  1. Select the task tab at the top of the page
  2. Select create task
  3. Enter the name of your task
  4. Set a date
  5. Assign the task to someone
  6. Add any notes regarding the task, you may also attach files.
  7. Select create

View your task

  1. Navigate to the menu
  2. Select CRM
  3. Select tasks
  4. Select the bookmark symbol to save it to your bookmarks.
  5. This will lead you to the tasks screen. This screen will list your tasks. It contains a tab for all, upcoming, overdue, and due today.

 



 

Attachments

  1. Navigate to the right side of the ticket.
  2. Scroll until you see “attachments”.
  3. Select “add”
  4. Select “your computer”
  5. Select the file from your computer.

 

Help Desk

  1. Navigate to service
  2. Navigate to help desk
  3. Select the bookmark next to help desk to save.

Dashboard

Dashboards can be created if needed to reflect the information available in Hubspot. For instance, a team manager can have a dashboard that reflects the number of open tickets assigned to each team member and the ticket statuses.

  1. Navigate to Reporting
  2. Navigate to Dashboard
  3. Select the bookmark symbol to save it.
