ESS Setup
- Navigate to Employee Management> Employee Maintenance>General
- Add ee email address and select “Enable self-service access”. Employee email address must be set up and active before this step.
- The employee must select the link sent in the email and authenticate.
Tenant ID
If the employee receives a screen asking for a tenant ID, the employee needs to select the link in the email and authenticate.
The email can be resent to the employee to authenticate. Instructions regarding resending the email can be found at the link below. You will need to login to the University to view the article.
